services are provided to Roadside Protect, Inc. by Allstate Motor Club policy number
048246118. All services and benefits of Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Motor Club plans
purchased and benefit claims incurred on or after September 1, 2009 are administered
through Performance Automotive Management, LLC, 51 Mill Street, Building F, Hanover, MA 02339.
All motor club and road hazard benefits and services having claim benefits prior to September
1, 2009 are provided through Nation Motor Club, Inc. d/b/a Nation Safe Drivers with
corporate headquarters at 800 Yamato Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The term
"Extended Warranty", vehicle service contract, VSC and variations thereof, as listed
throughout this website, is for identification purposes only and refers to extended
service contracts offered through Paragon Motor Club. Paragon Motor Club is a trade name
owned by Paragon Motor Club, Inc., a Texas Corporation.
